Wednesday 30th December 2009

On arrival there will be warm welcome with a cup of tea or coffee in the Hollywood Bar lounge. Meet your hosts Susan, John and Paul. 

5.30pm Join Paul for a Pre Dinner Sherry in the bar and meet your fellow guests. 
6.00pm Evening Dinner 
9.00pm For our welcome show we are proud to welcome back 

Mr Wayne Champagne. 

One of the South West’s top performers joins us again.  This year Wayne found himself entertaining for the Summer Season at the Hippodrome Theatre in Eastbourne in the popular summer laughter show. We are Sure Wayne will be perfect start to your New Year Break. 
9.45pm A short break for hot mince pies
10.00pm Back with Wayne for his One hour tribute show dedicated to ‘The King’

 

New Years Eve - Thursday 31st December 2009

9.00am We begin the final day of 2009 with Full Hearty English Breakfast. 
11.00am Morning tea or coffee with mince pies. 
12.30pm New Years Eve Theme Buffet. A superb buffet with mouth watering delights served in the relaxed atmosphere of the Hollywood Bar Lounge where our New Years Eve host Paul begins the celebrations with some alternative entertainment. Prizes for the best Costume, Theme yet to be decided. 
6.00pm New Years Eve Gala Dinner served in the Blues Restaurant. A superb six course dinner as we begin to see out the old with style. 

Seabury Hotel Fancy Dress Party Night. 
9.00pm Tonight’s entertainment is yet to be decided but one thing is for sure it will be another night to remember and we'll be partying till the early hours.  More Fancy Dress though so hope you've got another costume

New Years Day - Friday 1st January 2010

A little different this morning for those who make it (Chef definitely won’t) 

10.30am Tea or Coffee with Croissants, Muffins & Biscuits served in the relaxing bar lounge for those who need a snack before Brunch. Then maybe a stroll around the village and perhaps see the magnificent views from Babbacombe Downs on New Years Morn
12.00pm New Years Day Brunch. An extra special "Breakfast" with a difference that is sure to fill even our most hungry guest. 
2.00pm Fully recovered, hang over gone, it's time for a hilarious New Years Day afternoon with Paul. A couple of hours of fun and laughter with your resident compere. What will he have in store for us this year? Who knows. 
6.30pm Evening Dinner 
8.30pm For our final night's entertainment we welcome back the impressive 

Mr Paul Cobley 

One again Paul joins us for New Year, a talented young male vocalist who's repertoire of songs span many years and who’s sense of humour is…… terrible.  Only joking Paul.  All we can say is that it will be another brilliant night’s entertainment and a perfect end to your New Year Celebrations.
